Rise by Credit Financier

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rise by Credit Financier website, mobile platforms, digital services, and any related applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

Rise is a financial institution operating under Credit Financier S.A.L., licensed by Banque du Liban under License No. 26, registered in the Trade Register – Beirut under No. 74156, and supervised by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA).

Rise utilizes a secure digital onboarding process, integrated with Assentify Ltd. Digital Experience Platform, a solution fully qualified and approved under Banque du Liban regulations, to conduct electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC), identity verification, and compliance checks.
As part of this process, you consent to the collection, processing, and verification of information including, but not limited to:
Failure to successfully complete eKYC or provide required documentation may result in rejection of your application or suspension of services.
You acknowledge that Rise relies on the information you provide to assess eligibility, risk, and compliance obligations. You agree to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
